The Chairman of the Board of EPV Energy Ltd has changed. Joakim Strand resigned from his position as a member and chairman of the board of EPV Energy as of July 4, 2024, due to his appointment as Finland’s Minister for European Affairs and Ownership Steering. Strand served on the board of EPV Energy for about 10 years, including two and a half years as Chairman.
The board of EPV Energy has elected Stefan Damlin, CEO of Vaasan Sähkö, as the new Chairman. Stefan Damlin has been a member of the board of EPV Energy Ltd since 2018.
