Technology Teams
Our Technology Teams provide a new way of innovating and driving EPV’s projects and research forward
In line with our strategy, we want to make sure that we keep pace with, and ideally stay at the forefront of, the changes and transformation in the sector. To achieve this, as one concrete measure, EPV has decided to set up teams around key technology areas. We have identified areas of our activities and set up Technology Teams around them.
These Technology Teams are made up of experts from across the Group. This allows us to bring together the people with the most relevant and advanced expertise in each area to work on a specific issue. We also aim to optimise our use of the know-how capital available and the sharing of knowledge and good practices between the teams.
At the same time, we can offer our staff the opportunity to broaden their skills, get involved and make a difference.
We have established uniform practices for the Technology Teams, and each team has its own leader, organisation, targets, indicators and an action plan.
